ARC Reporting Manager / Financial Analyst

You will be a subject matter expert internally as well as for all external partners/vendors related to Settlement & Reporting . You will be responsible for creating and executing our business process for all back office settlement, reconciliation, and reporting activities and ensuring their compliance with ARC/BSP regulations. You will monitor and troubleshoot any ARC/BSP Settlement and Reporting data/tool discrepancies. You will report bugs, reproduce fault scenarios, and research available data for developing alternatives for issue resolution. You will work with third party back-office and settlement processing vendors on issue resolution as required. You will be responsible for keeping abreast of ARC/BSP policy updates.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of ARC and BSP Certification programs
- Strong ARC/BSP processing/reporting/financials background
- In-depth knowledge of airline rules and regulations including fare rules, ticket exchanges, ticket refunds and itinerary changes
- GDS system background
- Previous experience with back-office reporting systems and with IAR (ARC) and BSPLink processing
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and strong focus on process
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable
- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
- Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch (and then some)
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')
- Proven ability to execute on visual and interaction details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions
- Some experience with front-end programming (you should be able to code up a simple web site and/or an application.)
