Frequently asked questions about payment solutions

Travelers pay for trips when flights are booked on the GetGoing platform. Usually, the default payment is a credit card, but you can choose the payment option that best fits your needs.
GetGoing accepts both private and corporate credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. Lodge cards like Amex BTA/I-BTA, AirPlus Company Account, and Visa or Mastercard lodge cards.
GetGoing is always trying to improve and offer new opportunities to take control of your travel spend. Contact us should there be a payment you would like to see in the near future.
Access the invoice profile and click on the payment method. Here you can select which traveler can use the payment method and for which services can be used.
You can store individual credit cards in your traveler profile. Once a booking is complete you will find the form of payment available at check out. Traveler profiles are where all the information required for the booking is stored, as well as payment options and loyalty programs. Admins can access the traveler profile and click “Edit Profile” to add or edit credit card information.
